About Us
Our Focus

The Aging Coalition of Door County is a collaborative network dedicated to supporting our community as we navigate the challenges of aging. Our members are committed to helping you stay in your home longer by connecting you with the resources and support you need to age successfully. Aging can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to walk this journey with you, ensuring that you have access to the services and information that you need.

The primary goal of the Aging Coalition of Door County is to raise community awareness about the aging services and resources available in our region. We believe in the power of community and work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has access to the tools they need to thrive as they age. Whether it’s through our Vitality in Aging program or other initiatives, we strive to make aging a positive and empowering experience.
